　 TOYOBO MC Corporation will exhibit at LABELEXPO EUROPE 2025, one of the largest exhibitions for the label and package printing industry, from 16^th to 19^th September. We will be joining our long-term partners, AV Flexologic (Booth 4G29) and Print Systems (Booth 4A02)

　 At the exhibition, we will showcase our Cosmolight^®, water-washable flexo plates and Printight^®, water-washable letterpress plates, along with the latest printed samples for label and flexible packaging, printed with UV, water-based and solvent-based inks to demonstrate the exceptional print quality.

　 We are pioneers in water-washable plate, having launched the world’s first water-washable letterpress plate, Printight^®, in 1977. Building on this foundation, we developed Cosmolight^®, a flexo plate that significantly reduces drying time during the plate-making process thanks to water-washable feature. Compared to solvent plates, Cosmolight^® cuts CO2 emission during plate-making by approximately 70% as well as contributing to lower plate-making cost through a solvent-free process.

　 At Print Systems booth, we will exhibit the latest inline processor developed by Print Systems in cooperation with us. This system delivers high productivity and consistent plate quality, especially for large-format plates.

　In addition, we will unveil a wastewater recycling system currently under development. This system utilizes our proprietary filtration technology for water treatment, FILPLATE^®, to clean and reuse wastewater by separating polymers from the washout solution. The system contributes to a more sustainable plate-making process by significantly reducing wastewater volume.
