YUHO to exhibit at “JEC World”, the leading international composites show

　YUHO Co., Ltd. (Head office: Kita-ku, Osaka City; President & Representative Director, CEO: Soichi Inoue; hereinafter, “YUHO”), a wholly owned subsidiary of TOYOBO MC Corporation (Head office: Kita-ku, Osaka City; President & Representative Director CEO: Chikao Morishige) engaged in the manufacture and sales of non-woven fabrics and filters, will be exhibiting at “JEC World 2025”, the leading international composites show, to be held in Paris, France from March 4^th to 6^th, 2025.

　At the exhibition booth, YUHO will be exhibiting the carbon fiber non-woven fabric “疾風-HAYATE-^®”, the electromagnetic wave shielding material “Hayate^®-EMS”, the natural fiber non-woven fabric “GRECOM^®”, and molded products made using these materials, etc., and promoting them with the keywords “lightweight”, “sustainable” and “electromagnetic wave shielding”. YUHO will also be holding a HAYATE^® molding demonstration in cooperation with molding equipment manufacturer ROCTOOL S.A. (Head office: France) in the Live Demo Zone Area at the exhibition venue. ２．What is carbon fiber non-woven fabric “疾風-HAYATE-^®”?

　疾風-HAYATE-^® is an intermediate material for carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic (CFRTP) made by mixing carbon fiber and thermoplastic fiber that can be molded into various parts by press processing. The carbon fiber is processed into a non-woven fabric while maintaining its fiber length, so it has high workability unique to thermoplastic composite materials as well as superior strength. Recycled carbon fiber can also be used as a raw material. We expect 疾風-HAYATE-^® to gain widespread adoption as a material that can contribute to the weight reduction of automobiles, including commercial vehicles.
